What happens next

  • Your request is saved as a support ticket with a reference number.
  • Support replies to the email address you provide when the request has been reviewed.
  • License, account, payment and external-connection changes remain manual-review actions.
  • Mail delivery problems do not delete the ticket; the request remains saved for support review.

What never to send

  • API keys, API secrets, passphrases or withdrawal permissions.
  • Passwords, reset codes, OAuth/session tokens or cookies.
  • Raw license keys, Telegram tokens, chat IDs, wallet keys, seed phrases or .env files.
