Getting started
What is StratPilot?
StratPilot is a desktop app that scans, compares and ranks crypto strategy candidates so you can decide what to use. Backed by account, license, update and Community Brain services. You stay in control of every trading decision.
Is StratPilot a fully automatic trading bot?
No. StratPilot is built for review first. Live trading is optional and only runs after you connect KuCoin, set your risk controls and deliberately switch on live mode in the app.
Can I use StratPilot without live trading?
Yes. Scanning, review, Top 3 / advisory tips, simulation and Community Brain context all work on their own, without placing a single real order, depending on what your access includes.
Is the desktop download available now?
The download page always shows your current access status and the next safe step. Access opens after a short account review.
Where do I download StratPilot?
From the Download page, which always shows your current access status and the next safe step.
Do updates enable live trading automatically?
No. Updates never switch on live trading. After any update, check your settings before using live features.
Account/license
Do I receive a license immediately after payment?
No. Access is delivered after your payment is verified and a support review is done, unless an automated flow is explicitly enabled later. This keeps every license tied to the right account.
Which email should I use for purchase and access?
Use the same email for purchase, account sign-up and support wherever you can. It lets support match your payment, account and license records quickly and safely.
What does it mean that my license is linked to my account?
It means the license is bound to the StratPilot account that activates it, so no one else can use your license from another account.
Do I need a separate technical access key?
No. Your access is controlled by your account and license alone. KuCoin API and Telegram are separate connections you add inside the app only if you want them.
Can I change my license or external connection later?
Yes, though verified license, KuCoin or Telegram changes may go through a support review first. Contact support and we'll help.
Can I use the same account on more than one device?
Yes. The same StratPilot account is meant to be used across your own devices. Device and session details may still be used to protect against abuse.
Payment/access
How do package requests work?
Choose a package and period, then log in or create an account so your request can be matched to you safely before activation.
How does a payment step work?
When a payment step is available for your request, the payment page shows the coin, network, QR code and receiving address before you send anything.
Are extra transaction fees possible?
Any external payment, exchange, network, gas or transaction fees should be visible before you confirm a payment. StratPilot adds no hidden fees of its own.
What payment reference should I use?
Use the order/payment reference shown on the status page, together with the same email you used for your account or support contact.
How are refunds and cancellations handled?
Refunds, cancellations and withdrawals follow the Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
KuCoin/Telegram
Do I need KuCoin?
KuCoin is the currently supported exchange for live trading. Scanning and review work without it. You only connect KuCoin when you want the app to trade for you.
Does StratPilot send me KuCoin API keys?
No. You create your own KuCoin API keys inside KuCoin and enter them in the desktop app if and when you choose to connect.
Should I send API keys to support?
Never. Do not send API keys, secrets, passphrases, passwords, license keys, Telegram tokens, wallet keys, seed phrases or .env files to support. We never need them.
Are my KuCoin API keys uploaded to the website?
No. The public website never receives exchange API keys. They stay in the desktop app on your own machine.
What KuCoin permissions are recommended?
Use a dedicated KuCoin sub-account, grant only the minimum permissions for the features you actually use, and never enable withdrawal permission.
What is Telegram used for?
Telegram can deliver alerts and approval prompts when configured. It never removes your responsibility to review settings, risk and live-trading decisions.
Plans/features
What is skanningskraft?
Skanningskraft (scanning power) is how much matrix/scanning work your plan can use. It's a fair-use budget for comparing markets, timeframes and strategy parameter combinations.
What does auto interval mean?
Auto interval is the shortest normal gap between automatic background scan cycles on your plan. It never starts live trading on its own.
What are workers?
Workers are parallel scan workers. More workers compare more combinations at once, though runtime safety limits and your own PC still set the real pace.
How is Elite capped safely?
Elite uses the highest server limits: unlimited workers with a CPU safety reserve, a 100M max single scan and a 1B monthly matrix budget, while the local app keeps applying runtime safety checks.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade any time through My account or support, and your remaining days carry over to the new tier.
What is Deep Scanning?
Deep Scanning compares many strategy and parameter combinations for you, so you review a short list of stronger candidates instead of raw market noise.
What is Top 3 / advisory tips?
Top 3 / advisory tips turns a full scan into a focused shortlist of reviewable candidates, each with the context you need to compare them.
Does Top 3 place trades for me?
No. Top 3 is advisory only. It helps you review candidates and never places an order by itself.
Can StratPilot run in mock or simulation mode first?
Yes. The workflow is built so you can review and test in simulation before any live trading is switched on.
Community Brain
What is Community Brain?
Community Brain is an opt-in, advisory-only intelligence layer built from allowed scan and strategy metadata that participating users choose to share.
Does Community Brain place trades for me?
No. Community Brain never places orders, touches your exchange keys or enables live trading on its own.
How do I get access to Community Brain?
Access follows your license, the current access policy and your consent. No separate technical key is needed for normal customer access.
What data can Community Brain use?
Only allowed, validated metadata, scan context, matrix units, strategy metadata and safe percentage-based performance figures. It never receives secrets, balances, holdings, wallet data or raw logs.
Can I opt out of Community Brain?
Yes. Where the feature is available, opting out stops future contribution from that point. Data already aggregated or anonymized may remain under the applicable policy.
Risk/safety
Does StratPilot guarantee profit?
No. StratPilot does not guarantee profit, returns, execution or any specific outcome. Trading carries risk and losses are possible.
Is StratPilot financial advice?
No. StratPilot is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You stay responsible for your own decisions.
Can StratPilot send live orders?
Only when you've enabled live trading in the desktop app, connected KuCoin yourself, passed access checks and set strategy and risk settings that allow it.
What is no-live/no-real-order?
It's a safety default: real orders stay off until you deliberately enable live trading and confirm your settings. By default the app only reads your KuCoin balance and places no real orders.
What should I check after update or reinstall?
Review your account status, license, KuCoin permissions, Telegram settings, risk controls, strategy configuration and live-trading mode before using any automation.
Support/refunds
How do I contact support?
Use the support form on the website. You get a ticket reference as soon as you submit.
What should I never send to support?
Never send API keys, secrets, passphrases, passwords, license keys, Telegram tokens, wallet keys, seed phrases, .env files or logs that contain secrets.
What happens after I submit a support ticket?
Your request is saved as a ticket with a reference number. Support reviews it in the admin system and replies to the email you provided.
Can support change my license or external connection?
Support can help after a manual security review. Verified account, license, KuCoin or Telegram changes are never automatic.
Where can I read the refund policy?
Read the Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy linked in the footer and on the legal pages.
Does cancelling automatically refund me?
Not necessarily. Refunds and cancellations depend on applicable law, payment status, access and delivery status, and provider limitations.
