What is StratPilot?
StratPilot is a desktop app for crypto strategy scanning, review and user-controlled automation, supported by account, license, update and Community Brain services.
Is StratPilot a fully automatic trading bot?
No. StratPilot is built for review first. Live trading is optional and only runs when a user connects KuCoin, configures risk settings and deliberately enables live mode in the app.
Can I use StratPilot without live trading?
Yes. Scanning, review, Top 3 / AI Tips, mock/paper workflows and Community Brain context can be used separately from live trading when available in your access.

Do updates enable live trading automatically?
No. Updates must not automatically enable live trading. After updates, always verify settings before using live features.
Account/license
Do I receive a license immediately after payment?
No. Access delivery is handled after verified payment and manual support review unless a future automated flow is explicitly enabled.
Which email should I use for purchase and access?
Use the same email for purchase, account signup and support whenever possible. That helps support match payment, account and license records safely.
What does it mean that my license is linked to my account?
It means the license is connected to the StratPilot account that activates it. This helps prevent another account from using your license.
Do I need a separate technical access key?
No. Your StratPilot access is controlled by your account and license. KuCoin API and Telegram are separate external connections you can add in the app.
Can I change my license or external connection later?
Verified license, KuCoin or Telegram connections may require support review before they can be changed. Contact support if you need help.
Can I use the same account on more than one device?
Yes. The intended model is that the same StratPilot account can be used from multiple own devices. Device and session information may still be used for security and abuse protection.
Payment/access
How do package requests work?
Choose a package and period, then log in or create an account so the request can be matched safely before activation.
How does a payment step work?
If a payment step is available for your request, the payment page shows coin, network, QR code and receiving address before you pay.
Are extra transaction fees possible?
Any external payment, exchange, network, gas or transaction fees should be visible before you confirm a payment.
What payment reference should I use?
Use the order/payment reference shown on the status page and the same email you used during account or support contact.
How are refunds and cancellations handled?
Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal requests are handled according to the Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy and applicable mandatory consumer rights.
KuCoin/Telegram
Do I need KuCoin?
KuCoin is the currently supported exchange integration for live trading. Scanning and review can be used separately from live trading depending on app configuration and access.
Does StratPilot send me KuCoin API keys?
No. You create KuCoin API keys yourself inside KuCoin and enter them in the desktop app when you choose to connect KuCoin.
Should I send API keys to support?
Never send API keys, API secrets, passphrases, passwords, license keys, Telegram tokens, wallet keys, seed phrases or .env files to support.
Are my KuCoin API keys uploaded to the website?
No. The public website does not receive exchange API keys. KuCoin API keys are configured in the desktop app.
What KuCoin permissions are recommended?
Use a dedicated KuCoin sub-account, grant only the minimum permissions needed for the features you intentionally use and never enable withdrawal permission.
What is Telegram used for?
Telegram can be used for alerts or notifications when configured. It does not remove your responsibility to review settings, risk and live trading decisions.
Plans/features
What is skanningskraft?
Skanningskraft means the amount of matrix/scanning work a plan can use. It is an internal fair-use budget for comparing markets, timeframes and strategy parameter combinations.
What does auto interval mean?
Auto interval is the shortest normal interval between automatic background scan cycles for the plan. It does not start live trading by itself.
What are workers?
Workers are parallel scan workers. More workers can analyze more combinations at once, but runtime safety and the local PC still matter.
How is Elite capped safely?
Elite uses the highest explicit server limits: 16 workers, a 50M max single scan and a 500M monthly matrix budget. The local app still applies runtime safety checks.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Plan upgrades can be handled through My account or support when you want to change package.
What is Deep Scanning?
Deep Scanning helps compare many strategy and parameter combinations so users can review stronger candidates instead of raw market noise.
What is Top 3 / AI Tips?
Top 3 / AI Tips turns scan results into a focused shortlist of reviewable candidates with context for comparison.
Does Top 3 place trades for me?
No. Top 3 is advisory. It helps you review candidates; it does not place orders by itself.
Can StratPilot run in mock or paper mode first?
Yes. The workflow is designed to support safer review and testing before any live trading is enabled.
Community Brain
What is Community Brain?
Community Brain is an opt-in, advisory-only shared intelligence layer built from allowed scan and strategy metadata from participating users.
Does Community Brain place trades for me?
No. Community Brain does not place orders, control exchange API keys or enable live trading by itself.
How do I get access to Community Brain?
Community Brain is controlled by your license, current access policy and consent. It does not require a separate technical access key for normal customer access.
What data can Community Brain use?
Only allowed, validated metadata such as scan context, matrix units, strategy metadata and safe percentage-based performance metrics. It must not receive secrets, balances, holdings, wallet data or raw logs.
Can I opt out of Community Brain?
Where the feature is available, opting out should stop future contribution from that point. Previously aggregated or anonymized data may remain according to policy and applicable rules.
Risk/safety
Does StratPilot guarantee profit?
No. StratPilot does not guarantee profit, returns, execution or specific outcomes. Trading involves risk and losses are possible.
Is StratPilot financial advice?
No. StratPilot is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.
Can StratPilot send live orders?
Only when live trading is enabled in the desktop app, KuCoin is connected by the user, access checks pass and strategy/risk settings allow it.
What is no-live/no-real-order?
It is a safety principle: real orders should stay off until the user deliberately enables live trading and verifies settings.
What should I check after update or reinstall?
Check account status, license, KuCoin permissions, Telegram settings, risk settings, strategy configuration and live trading mode before using automation.
Support/refunds
How do I contact support?
Use the support form on the website. You will receive a ticket reference after submitting the request.
What should I never send to support?
Never send API keys, API secrets, passphrases, passwords, license keys, Telegram tokens, wallet keys, seed phrases, .env files or raw logs containing secrets.
What happens after I submit a support ticket?
The request is saved as a support ticket with a reference number. Support can review it in the admin system and reply to the email address you provided.
Can support change my license or external connection?
Support may help after a manual security review. Verified account, license, KuCoin or Telegram changes are not automatic.
Where can I read the refund policy?
Read the Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy linked in the footer and legal pages.
Does cancelling automatically refund me?
Not necessarily. Refunds and cancellations depend on applicable law, payment status, access status, delivery status and provider limitations.
