StratPilot Terms of Use
1. Product and operator
StratPilot is a local crypto trading, analysis, scanner and workflow application with supporting online account, license, update, support and Community Brain services.
Operated by: Joakim Lundin
Contact/support: admin@stratpilot.app
Data protection contact: admin@stratpilot.app
Governing law / jurisdiction: Swedish law / Sweden
StratPilot is a technical tool. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, asset manager or portfolio manager.
2. Acceptance of terms
By installing, starting, accessing or using StratPilot, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy/Data Notice.
If you do not accept these Terms and the Privacy/Data Notice, you must not use StratPilot.
The app and the StratPilot server may store your acceptance status where required for licensing, account access, consent records, security, audit, support and compliance. The acceptance record may include document version, timestamp, locale, account identifier and document hash or checksum.
If these Terms, the Privacy/Data Notice, the Community Data policy or other required legal documents are updated, the app may require you to accept the updated version before continued use or before access to certain features is restored.
3. No financial advice
StratPilot does not provide personal financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice.
All dashboards, scores, rankings, scanner results, Top 3 suggestions, strategy metadata, Community Brain data, simulations, mock or paper results, backtests, performance metrics, alerts, explanations and recommendations are technical and advisory-only signals.
You are solely responsible for every decision to buy, sell, wait, change strategy, change risk level, connect an exchange account, configure automation or enable live trading.
Historical performance, backtests, mock or paper results, scan results, optimization results, Community Brain data and portfolio performance do not guarantee future results.
4. Trading risk and user responsibility
Crypto trading involves substantial risk. You can lose part or all of your capital. Prices may move quickly, liquidity may disappear, spreads and slippage may be worse than expected, exchange APIs may fail, internet connections may fail, third-party services may be unavailable and exchanges may change rules or access without notice.
Live trading and real orders are off by default after installation. StratPilot may only place real orders if you explicitly configure live trading and real orders through the app's safety flow and the required account, license, risk, audit, confirmation and exchange-access gates allow it.
You are responsible for reviewing every configuration, strategy, risk setting, exchange permission, alert, approval prompt and order-related action before relying on it.
No feature in StratPilot guarantees profit, prevents loss, guarantees execution or guarantees that any exchange or third-party service will behave as expected.
5. Account, license, access and payment
StratPilot access is controlled by your signed-in account, active StratPilot license, accepted legal documents, current account status, current payment/access status where applicable and the safety gates applied by StratPilot.
Plan availability, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, payment methods, taxes and applicable fees are shown in the official StratPilot pricing, checkout, renewal, invoice, account billing or support-confirmed payment flow before purchase or renewal. Prices must not be inferred from old screenshots, old Terms versions, unofficial messages or third-party copies.
Prices, billing options and supported payment methods may differ by plan, billing period, region, tax treatment, payment provider, crypto network, discounts, manual agreements, limited-access programs or current release stage.
Payment-provider fees, crypto network or gas fees, exchange fees, currency conversion fees and other transaction costs may be separate from the plan price unless the official checkout, invoice or billing page states otherwise.
Payment instructions, wallet addresses, payment links and renewal instructions must only be trusted when shown through official StratPilot-controlled pages, the official account billing flow or verified support communication from admin@stratpilot.app. Do not trust payment details from unofficial sources.
If checkout or public payment is not currently open, access may be handled through invite, manual approval, limited-access programs or other approved access flows.
If a license is missing, invalid, expired, disabled, revoked, unpaid, refunded, cancelled, disputed or otherwise rejected by StratPilot's server, the app may be locked, limited, made read-only or require account/support action before access continues.
6. Refunds, cancellation and withdrawal rights
Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal requests are handled under the separate Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy shown on the official StratPilot website or in the official account/support flow.
StratPilot is provided as digital software access and related online services. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you remain in effect.
If digital access, license delivery, service performance or access to paid features starts during a withdrawal period, the checkout or access flow may require explicit consent and acknowledgement where required by law.
Any refund, cancellation, chargeback, dispute, payment reversal or license revocation may require disabling, limiting or revoking the related account access, license, entitlement or feature access.
Crypto/network/payment-provider/exchange fees may not be recoverable unless required by applicable law or agreed in the official refund flow.
7. External keys, credentials and local security
Saved API keys, KuCoin credentials, Telegram tokens, license credentials and other secrets must be masked in the UI. They must not be displayed in plain text or with the last four characters. The UI should only show a fixed mask such as ******** or a status such as "Key saved".
You are responsible for securing your computer, operating system, local app data, backups, exchange accounts, API keys, Telegram accounts, passwords and account recovery methods.
You should only grant the minimum exchange permissions needed for the features you intentionally use. StratPilot does not need wallet private keys or seed phrases. Do not grant withdrawal or transfer permissions unless you fully understand and accept the risk.
Never send API keys, license secrets, exchange credentials, Telegram tokens, wallet private keys, seed phrases, passwords, .env files or other secrets to StratPilot support by email, screenshots, chat, logs, bug reports, Community Brain, public repositories or any public channel.
8. Community Brain contribution and data upload
Community Brain is an advisory-only shared intelligence layer. It may use allowed scan, matrix, strategy and performance metadata to improve data quality, candidate review, comparison, qualification and research workflows.
By accepting these Terms and the Privacy/Data Notice, you agree that StratPilot may upload permitted, anonymized or pseudonymized Community Brain contribution data from your local scans and analyses when your account, license, app version and StratPilot server policy allow it.
Community Brain contribution is part of the StratPilot service model where the feature is enabled. It is not a separate pricing feature, and the app does not need to show a separate Community Brain checkbox for the signed-in account when the current Terms and Privacy/Data Notice are accepted.
Contribution upload may occur before you have read access to Community Brain results. Read access, recommendations, copy actions, activation safety checks and qualification remain separate server-side access decisions based on account status, license status, plan, contribution quality, data quality, abuse-prevention checks, support review and current policy.
Community Brain may process allowed categories such as anonymized scan results, matrix counts, strategy signatures without secrets, timeframe, mode, market regime, allowed performance metrics, rejected or no-trade reasons, data quality/status and percentage-based return or performance metrics.
Community Brain must never directly control live trading, place orders, bypass user confirmation, override risk settings or control exchange credentials. Copying or applying settings from Community Brain or Top 3 results is a user-controlled configuration action and remains subject to the app's safety gates.
Community Brain must never receive raw exchange credentials, wallet private keys, seed phrases, .env contents, passwords, raw logs containing secrets, absolute balances, raw holdings, wallet addresses, order IDs, trade IDs or raw account history.
9. Privacy, data processing and support/admin access
StratPilot may process account, license, access, support, audit, legal, diagnostic and Community Brain data as described in the Privacy/Data Notice.
Authorized StratPilot support and administration personnel may access account-linked status, license status, support records, audit records, Community Brain status, qualification state and operational diagnostics where needed for support, abuse prevention, security, payment/license administration, data quality, troubleshooting, compliance or service operation.
Administrative exports and operational logs must be protected, access-controlled and kept outside public web roots. They must not contain raw StratPilot internal access credentials, license secrets, database passwords, KuCoin secrets, Telegram tokens, .env contents, private runtime files, wallet secrets or unredacted sensitive values.
10. Third-party services
StratPilot may interact with or depend on third-party services such as exchanges, payment providers, email providers, Telegram, hosting providers, domain/DNS providers, backup providers, operating systems, WebView/runtime components and network infrastructure.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, outages, pricing, fees, rate limits, API changes and security risks. StratPilot does not control third-party availability, confirmations, latency, execution, slippage, access restrictions or fee changes.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules and terms of any third-party service you choose to use with StratPilot.
11. Availability and operational limits
StratPilot may be unavailable, degraded, delayed, limited, locked, read-only or interrupted because of maintenance, updates, license validation, legal acceptance requirements, plan limits, network problems, third-party outages, service issues, exchange issues, security controls, abuse prevention, local environment problems or other operational reasons.
No guarantee is made that StratPilot will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system or available in every location.
12. Prohibited use
You must not use StratPilot to:
- bypass license validation, account checks, plan limits, legal checks, API ownership checks, invite gates, safety gates or StratPilot access decisions;
- use another account's license, KuCoin connection, Telegram connection, Community Brain access or bot access;
- share, resell, lease, transfer or expose license keys, API credentials or other access credentials;
- attempt to make the local app self-grant restricted permissions;
- manipulate Community Brain data or submit unsafe data;
- submit secrets where documentation says they must not be sent;
- reverse engineer protected access mechanisms except where law expressly permits;
- interfere with update, manifest, online service, admin, license or Community Brain systems;
- use the software for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes; or
- use the software in a way that violates exchange, payment provider, messaging platform or other third-party rules.
13. Limitations and disclaimer
StratPilot is provided without any guarantee of profit, uptime, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of signals, availability of third-party services or suitability for any particular trading strategy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange failures, API failures, network failures, user misconfiguration, third-party outages, tax consequences, unsupported usage, unauthorized access caused by user-side security failures or losses caused by relying on advisory-only outputs.
Mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
14. Changes
These Terms may be updated. If material changes are made, the app may require you to accept the updated version before continued use or before enabling or continuing to use certain account, data-processing, Community Brain, automation or live trading features.
Continued use after accepting updated Terms means that you agree to the updated Terms.
