Refund, Cancellation And Withdrawal Policy
StratPilot Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
1. Purpose
This policy explains how StratPilot handles refund, cancellation and withdrawal requests for digital software access, licenses, plans, trials, Community Brain access and related service access.
StratPilot is provided as digital software and service access. Mandatory consumer protection rights apply where they cannot legally be waived.
2. Digital Software and Service Access
StratPilot access may include:
- account creation;
- license activation;
- plan or access level;
- update access;
- Community Brain access;
- local app use;
- API connection support;
- digital download access;
- support workflows; and
- other digital services.
Because StratPilot is digital access, license delivery and service activation may begin shortly after purchase or activation.
3. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Consumers buying at a distance may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law. In the EU/EEA and Sweden, this is generally a 14-day right for distance purchases, subject to rules, exceptions and required information.
For digital content or digital services, the withdrawal right may be affected, limited or lost where access or performance begins during the withdrawal period after the consumer has given the required express consent and acknowledgement, where applicable law allows this.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before final publication, the checkout flow should be reviewed to ensure it includes the legally required withdrawal information, consent and acknowledgement where immediate digital access is provided.
4. Trials and Promotional Access
If StratPilot offers a free trial, limited trial, 72-hour full-access trial or other promotional access, the trial terms shown at signup or checkout apply.
Trial access may be limited by account, device/session risk checks, IP or abuse-prevention controls. Trial abuse, repeated trial creation or attempts to bypass trial limits may result in denial or termination of trial access.
Trial access does not guarantee continued access after the trial ends and does not remove the user's responsibility for any live trading settings, API permissions or actions taken during the trial.
5. Cancellations
A cancellation request may stop renewal, future access or future billing where the product or plan supports cancellation.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless required by law, required by the payment-provider process or approved under this policy.
If access is cancelled, related licenses, plans, Community Brain access, API status or customer status may be disabled at the end of the applicable period or earlier where the request, refund decision, legal requirement, security situation or abuse prevention requires it.
6. Refund Review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case according to applicable law, purchase status, access status, fulfilment status, license activation status, usage, plan period, payment-provider limitations and security considerations.
The following operational rules apply unless applicable law requires a different result:
- mandatory consumer rights will be respected;
- immediate digital access may affect withdrawal rights where legally valid consent and acknowledgement have been obtained;
- refunds may require disabling, suspending or revoking the related license, API key, Community Brain access, plan or account access;
- refunds are normally handled through the original payment method where practical;
- payment-provider fees, network fees, blockchain fees, exchange fees, bank/card fees, PayPal fees, currency conversion fees and similar third-party costs may not be recoverable unless the relevant provider returns them or applicable law requires it; and
- access already delivered, activated or used may affect the available remedy where applicable law allows it.
7. Trading Losses and Third-Party Costs
StratPilot does not refund trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange losses, exchange fees, slippage, liquidity costs, tax consequences, third-party outages, Telegram delivery issues, API errors, wallet mistakes or user configuration mistakes.
Using live trading or automation is a user decision. The user remains responsible for all trading activity, risk settings, exchange permissions and results.
8. Account, License and API Locks After Refund or Cancellation
If a refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud review, security issue or withdrawal process affects access, StratPilot may disable, revoke, suspend or modify the relevant license, plan, API access, Community Brain access or account status.
If a license, KuCoin API connection, Telegram connection or Community Brain access has been linked to a verified account, support review and manual security approval may be required to change or release the connection.
